The Cost of Following Jesus

 ¹⁸ When Jesus saw the crowd around him, he gave orders to cross to the other side of the lake. ¹⁹ Then a teacher of the law came to him and said, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.”

 ²⁰ Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

 ²¹ Another disciple said to him, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.”

 ²² But Jesus told him, “Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.”

Sometimes I can get so overwhelmed with the daily struggle of this life,
but today I just feel so blessed.

I am so thankful to have a family of my own and grateful for plenty of food and a shelter. I know that God has his hand in my life.

My wonderful hubby built this swinging cradle of his own imagination for our new little one coming soon. Caleb likes making it swing already. Toby put the top bar up for a mobile that we are going to make, and it also helps it not swing so fast in case our little boy decides to rock zoie himself.

my favorite is the gloss look, the drawer below and the hearts on the side. the hearts move when the cradle rocks! My husband rocks! ;-)
